Apply daily to clean, dry skin, ideally after showering or bathing.

Apply an appropriate amount to the desired body areas (belly, thighs, buttocks, arms) and massage in circular motions from bottom to top until the gel is absorbed.

For optimal results, we recommend combining it with the body scrub Microgommage, 1-2 times a week, to support the absorption of active ingredients and refine the skin's appearance.
